Service and Repairs
Whilst we at Adverc like to think our products are perfect and never go wrong we do have to own up to the fact that very occasionally we are contacted to see whether or not our goods can be repaired.
You will be pleased to know that we offer a very comprehensive service to ensure your satisfaction in this regard.
We offer a full test and/or repair service on all products manufactured by us, on our behalf. Generally these can be done within 2 to 3 days although occasionally this may take a little longer for some of the more complicated requests.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer this service regardless of the age of the unit and the current record is re-conditioning a unit that was well over 20 years old!
On other branded products that are sold by us we try to replicate this service as much as possible and generally have agreements with all of our sub-contractors that they will either test and/or repair a unit that has been returned to us.
Obviously this assumes that any of the units returned have been used for the specific purpose for which they were intended and that the warranty terms have not been breached in any way.
In any event our terms and conditions, which are shown on this web site elsewhere always apply, so that you always have a peace of mind in respect of any products brought through us.
Any repairs, outside of warranty, are charged at very competitive rates and no work is done without the customer’s prior approval.
In addition we also charge for return transport unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
